Meet Jason Kauo
Born and raised in South Orange County, Jason has always had a passion for building and construction. After earning a degree in Construction Management, he gained experience working with both residential and commercial contractors on projects throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. While working for a custom home builder in Newport Beach, Jason decided to obtain his own contractor's license and launch his own business.
Jason has seen firsthand the significant labor shortage facing the construction industry - skilled tradespeople are retiring and not enough young workers are entering the field to replace them. He's extremely excited to help bring in the next generation of contractors and skilled tradespeople to keep the industry moving forward.
